摘　　要：阐述了中南股份6号高炉在高w(Al2O3)≥16.5%条件下,通过合理调整烧结矿的镁铝比,调整优化布料制度、热制度,保持炉缸热量充沛,控制好炉内压差,保持高富氧率≥6.5%,强化炉前出铁等关键技术措施,取得煤比达到170 kg/t、燃料比≤510 kg/t的优秀技术经济指标。Under the condition of high AL2O3≥16.50ymbole,the excellent technical and economic indicators,such as the coal ratio of 170Kg/t and fuel ratio≤510Kg/t,have been achieved through reasonable adjustment of the MG-Al ratio of sinter,adjustment and optimization of the distribution system and heating system,the key technical measures such as keeping the heat of the furnace hearth abundant,controlling the pressure difference in the furnace,maintaining the high oxygen enrichment rate≥6.50Symbole,and strengthening the tapping of hot metal.
