摘 要:大环内酯类抗寄生虫药物(ML)是一类传统的抗寄生虫药,在宠物驱虫上有广泛应用,对心丝虫和钩虫等体内寄生虫具有良好的杀灭效果。近年来,含该类药物的单方和复方药物制剂不断更新,已在宠物抗寄生虫药物市场中占有重要地位。因此,全面了解该类药物的各种信息对兽药研发人员和宠物临床兽医师至关重要。本文系统综述了ML的分类、作用机理和药物代谢动力学特征,并对不同药物的药效、毒性、中毒治疗以及靶寄生虫耐药性的产生进行了归纳总结,旨在为宠物寄生虫病临床用药和药物研发提供参考。Macrolide antiparasitic drugs(ML) are a traditional class of antiparasitic agents widely used in pet deworming,with excellent efficacy against internal parasites such as heartworms and hookworms.In recent years,single-component and combination drug formulations containing these agents have been continuously updated,establishing a significant presence in the pet antiparasitic drug market.Therefore,a comprehensive understanding of these drugs is crucial for veterinary drug developers and clinical veterinarians.This paper systematically reviews the classification,mechanisms of action,and pharmacokinetic characteristics of MLs,and summarizes the efficacy,toxicity,treatment of poisoning,and the development of drug resistance in target parasites.The aim is to provide a reference for clinical use and drug development in the pet parasitic diseases.
