摘　　要：猫呼吸道综合征是猫临床常见的疾病,该病的发生是呼吸道病原体、环境和应激等因素与动物机体之间相互影响的结果。中兽医将猫呼吸道综合征归为肺系疾病,病因包括肺气郁闭、痰饮和其他脏腑功能失调等。在小动物临床中,关于呼吸道综合征的中兽医诊疗病例较少。本文回顾了3例猫呼吸道综合征病例的诊疗,患猫均有长期咳嗽、流涕和打喷嚏病史,西医采用口服抗生素治疗效果不佳,遂转诊至中兽医门诊,经中兽医辨证论治,治疗效果良好。本文通过讨论猫呼吸道综合征的中兽医诊疗思路,以期为该类病例的临床诊疗提供参考。Feline respiratory syndrome is a common clinical condition in cats,arising from the interaction between respiratory pathogens,environmental factors,stress,and the animal's body.In traditional Chinese veterinary medicine,feline respiratory syndrome is classified as a lung-related disease,with causes including lung qi stagnation,phlegm accumulation,and dysfunction of other organs.There are relatively few traditional Chinese veterinary medicine case reports on the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory syndrome in small animals.This paper reviews three cases of feline respiratory syndrome,where the affected cats had a history of chronic coughing,nasal discharge,and sneezing.Western medicine treatment with oral antibiotics was ineffective,leading to referral to a traditional Chinese veterinary medicine clinic.The cats responded well to traditional Chinese veterinary medicine-based diagnosis and treatment.This report discusses the traditional Chinese veterinary medicine approach to diagnosing and treating feline respiratory syndrome,aiming to provide a reference for the clinical management of similar cases.
