猫先天性Ⅲ型食道裂孔疝的手术治疗

摘　　要：猫先天性Ⅲ型食道裂孔疝在临床上较为少见。本病例患猫突发呕吐和呼吸急促,经实验室检查、影像学检查和术中探查最终诊断为先天性Ⅲ型食道裂孔疝。采用膈食道裂孔折叠缩减术、食道固定术和左侧胃固定术对该患猫进行治疗,住院观察5 d,恢复良好,至本文撰稿时未出现相关不适症状。本文旨在对先天性Ⅲ型食道裂孔疝的诊疗流程进行总结,以供临床参考。Congenital type Ⅲ esophageal hiatal hernia is relatively rare in clinical practice among cats.This case report describes a cat presenting with sudden vomiting and respiratory distress,diagnosed finally with congenital type Ⅲ esophageal hiatal hernia through laboratory tests,imaging studies,and intraoperative exploration.The cat underwent diaphragmatic esophageal hiatus folding reduction,esophageal fixation,and left gastric fixation surgeries.The cat was hospitalized for 5 days,recovered well,and showed no related discomfort at the time of manuscript preparation.This article aims to summarize the diagnosis and treatment process of congenital type Ⅲ esophageal hiatal hernia in cats for clinical reference.
