摘　　要：陕西国防工业职业技术学院北校区4#学生公寓楼竣工已有17余年,因屋面防水卷材老化破坏,女儿墙根部开裂,天沟和屋面局部区域常年潮湿、积水,造成公寓顶层多处渗漏,严重影响学生的住宿,学校随即决定对公寓楼屋面进行防水翻修。本文着重说明了公寓楼屋面防水翻修的设计方案和施工的关键工序,以管理方的视角介绍现场情况,把控好各施工环节,以耐久性和实用性为首要目标对关键部位的施工给出指导意见。工程竣工验收合格已逾半年之久,至今未再出现渗漏水情况。It has been more than 17 years since the completion of 4 th Student Apartment Building at the North Campus of Shaanxi Institute of Technology.Due to the aging and damage of the roof waterproofing membrane,the roots of the parapet wall cracked,and the gutter and local areas of the roof were wet and accumulated water all year round,resulting in multiple leaks on the top floor of the apartment.Leakage seriously affected students'accommodation,so the school immediately decided to carry out waterproofing renovations on the roofs of the apartment building.This article focuses on the design plan and key construction procedures of the apartment building roof waterproofing renovation.It introduces the on-site situation from the perspective of the manager,controls each construction link is introduced,and the guidance on the construction of key parts with durability and practicality as the primary goals instructions is given here.It has been more than half a year since the project was completed and accepted,and no water leakage has occurred so far.
