铸铝消声器在滚动转子式压缩机上的设计探讨

摘　　要：消声器是解决滚动转子式压缩机噪声最直接、最有效的手段之一。将铸铝材料使用在滚动转子式压缩机消声器上,通过结构设计和优化,相比于钢制消声器,R290转子压缩机实验测试结果表明压缩机噪声下降了3.55 dB(A)。理论和实验测试均表明铸铝消声器对1250~4500 Hz的噪声频段具有良好的改善效果。Silencer is one of the most direct and effective methods to solve the noise problems for roller rotary compressors.Cast-aluminum silencer is applied to the roller rotary compressor.Through structural design and optimization,compared to steel silencers,the test results of R290 rotor compressor show that the compressor noise has decreased by 3.55 dB(A).Both theoretical and experimental tests have shown that the cast-aluminum silencer has a good improvement effect on the noise frequency range of 1250~4500 Hz.
