摘　　要：往复式天然气压缩机在气体增压、集输中占有重要地位。针对在用的DTY4500压缩机组,进行油液在线监测系统改造。通过实时监测机组油液运行参数、展示油液参数变化曲线、综合各项指标、在油品劣化之前提前预警等手段,实现了压缩机油液在线监测,同时与压缩机组远程监测云平台相互结合,提高了故障判断准确率,且在最后提出了问题与改进建议。Reciprocating natural gas compressors play an important role in gas boosting and gathering.This paper focuses on the modification of the oil online monitoring system for the DTY4500 compressor unit currently in use.By real-time monitoring of the operating parameters of the unit′s oil,displaying the curve of oil parameter changes,integrating various indicators,and providing early warning before oil degradation,the online monitoring of compressor oil has been achieved.At the same time,it is combined with the remote monitoring cloud platform of the compressor unit to improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis.Finally,problems and improvement suggestions are proposed.
