摘 要:履带起重机安装作业时,为降低作业人员高空作业的安全风险,按照高空作业规范要求,应增加高空作业保护措施。在起重机臂架增加安全绳是一种有效的方法。起重机臂架安全绳是一种悬链线结构,针对起重机臂架安全绳设计要点,本文通过建立悬链线方程模拟安全绳形状。并以悬链线理论为基础计算安全绳两端的受力,为安全绳两端的支撑结构提供受力分析和结构设计的理论支撑,尤其是考虑集中载荷作用下的悬链线方程具有实际工程应用的普适性。When installing crawler cranes,in order to reduce the safety risks of high-altitude operations for operators,protective measures for high-altitude operations should be added according to the requirements of high-altitude operation regulations.Adding safety ropes to the crane boom is an effective method to reduce safety risks during installation operations of crawler cranes.The safety rope of the crane boom is a catenary structure,in response to the key points of crane boom safety rope design,this article establishes a catenary equation to simulate the shape of the safety rope,and calculates the force on both ends of the safety rope based on the catenary theory,providing theoretical support for force analysis and structural design of the support structure at both ends of the safety rope.Especially,considering the catenary equation under concentrated load has practical engineering applicability.
