摘  要:判断混凝土在输送过程中可泵性能是避免管道堵管的关键。为此,本文提出一种基于模糊评判与逻辑回归耦合模型的混凝土输送过程可泵性能评价技术。首先建立施工过程中影响混凝土可泵性能相关因素评价体系,其次利用了层次分析法(AHP)求解各评价因子的主观权重值,再者基于逻辑回归方法对历史数据学习训练求出客观权重值,最后利用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线对两者耦合模型进行检验。数据表明:模型预测结果的准确性较高,精确性较好。在泵车施工实际应用过程中,模型能够准确输出混凝土可泵性能并在操作侧可实时显示。Evaluating the pumpability of concrete transportation process is a key method to avoid pipeline blockage.Therefore,this article proposes a concrete delivery process pumpability evaluation technology based on a coupled model of fuzzy evaluation and logistic regression.Firstly,a system for evaluating the factors that affect the pumpability of concrete during the construction process is established.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to solve the subjective weight values of each evaluation factor.Thirdly,based on the logistic regression method,historical data are used for learning and training to obtain objective weight values.Finally,the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve is used to test the coupled model.The data shows that the accuracy and precision of the model’s predicted results are high.It can be accurately applied to the pumping process of concrete mixer trucks and displayed in real time on the operator’s side.
