摘 要:基于松花江流域水环境容量季节性不均衡的情况,针对河流流经佳木斯市区后总磷浓度有所升高的问题,选取河流二维岸边排放模型和段尾控制法,计算松花江干流佳木斯城市段总磷的水环境容量,结果表明:松花江干流佳木斯城市段总磷的实际水环境容量季节性变化较大,丰水期容量明显较高,最大值出现在8月,最小值出现在4月,应进行动态的水质管理。河段内工业源和生活源的总磷尚余环境容量,建议加强农业面源污染控制,减少总磷来源。Based on the seasonal imbalance of water environmental capacity in Songhua River,aiming at the issue of an increase in total phosphorus concentration after the river flowed through Jiamusi urban area,the total phosphorus water environmental capacity inJiamusi urban section of Songhua Riverwas calculatedby two-dimensional side-discharge model,using section-ending control method.The results showed that the seasonalvariation of the capacitywas obvious,with significantly higher levels during the flood season.The maximum and minimum valueof theenvironmental capacityappeared in August and April respectively.Dynamic water qualitymanagement should be implemented in the research area.The total phosphorus of industrial and domestic sources in the river still had environmental capacity.It is suggested that agricultural non-point source pollution control should be strengthened to reduce the total phosphorus sources.
