摘 要:为提升城市水污染治理效果,提出基于生物膜技术的生物强化治理方法。以山东省潍坊市弥河水水质为标准配制实验用水,对比不同接种泥和填料下生物膜的启动性能,并探讨DO、pH、水流速度、COD负荷和进水C/N比对生物膜效果的影响。经分析可知,接种活性污泥的弹性填料生物膜对NH_(4)^(+)-N和COD的去除率更高,治理效果更佳。同时,当DO浓度为3.5 mg/L、pH在7.0~7.8范围内、水流速度为8.0 L/min、COD负荷为25 g/m^(2)·d、进水C/N比为10.2时,生物膜的去污效果最佳。这一研究成果为城市水污染的生物强化治理提供了新思路和技术支持。To improve the effectiveness of urban water pollution control,a bioenhanced treatment method based on biofilm technology is proposed.Using the water quality of the Mihe River in Weifang City of Shandong Province as the standard,experimental water was prepared to compare the start-up performance of biofilms under different inoculation sludge and fillers,and to explore the effects of DO,pH,water flow rate,COD load,and influent C/N ratio on biofilm performance.Through analysis,it can be concluded that the elastic packing biofilm inoculated with activated sludge has a higher removal rate of NH_(4)^(+)-N and COD,and a better treatment effect.The biofilm has the best decontamination effect when the DO concentration is 3.5 mg/L,the pH is within the range of 7.0~7.8,the water flow rate is 8.0 L/min,the COD load is 25 g/m^(2)·d,and the influent C/N ratio is 10.2.This research provides new ideas and technical support for the bioenhanced treatment of urban water pollution.
