摘  要:钼是重要的战略金属,辉钼矿是钼冶炼的主要原料,工业生产中多采用焙烧法生产氧化钼或钼酸铵。非标准钼精矿由于钼品位低、杂质含量高等,易造成精矿烧结、金属回收率低、环境污染重等问题。对非标准钼精矿国内外处理技术现状进行了梳理,分为精矿提纯和精矿冶炼两大类,冶炼法又包括焙烧法、常压浸出法、加压氧化法等。加压氧化法具有金属综合回收率高、原料适应性广、过程中不产出二氧化硫的优点,可综合回收铜、钼、铼等有价金属,具有较强的工业应用前景。Molybdenum is one of the important strategic metals,which is major produced from molybdenite with roasting process in production to yield MoO 3 or ammonium molybdate.For the low molybdenum grade and high impurity contents of the non-standard molybdenum concentrate,which will cause the sintering during roasting,decrease the recovery of metals and cause pollution of environment.The main treatment methods of non-standard molybdenum concentrate were reviewed,which can be divided into two categories:concentrate purification and concentrate smelting.The extraction methods include roasting,atmospheric leaching and pressure oxidation technology etc.The pressure oxidation technology has a brilliant prospect for the advantages of high comprehensive recovery of copper,molybdenum and rehenium,strong adaptability of raw materials and no output of SO 2 to pollute the environment in the process,which has a strong industrial application prospect.
