摘  要:蝴蝶兰观赏和经济价值极高,需求量巨大,开展组培技术探究十分有必要。本试验以‘大辣椒’‘光芒四射’‘满天红’和‘拉丁舞裙’4个蝴蝶兰栽培品种为研究对象,从外植体消毒、芽诱导、芽增殖、壮苗培养、驯化等各个阶段进行组培技术研究,探讨最佳培养基和培养条件。结果发现,2%H_(2)O_(2)腋芽二次消毒方式初代诱导成功率最高;不同品种增殖培养效果差异很大,增殖培养60 d后增殖3倍数较为适宜。研究为蝴蝶兰规模快繁提供技术参考,对推进蝴蝶兰优质高效规模化生产具有重要意义。Phalaenopsis aphrodite has high ornamental and economic value,and is in great demand,so it is necessary to explore the tissue culture technology.In this experiment,four Phalaenopsis cultivars,namely,"Big Pepper","Radiant","Full Sky Red"and"Latin Skirt",were used as research objects.The study was carried out from various stages of exoskeleton disinfection,bud induction,bud proliferation,seedling cultivation,and domestication,so as to explore the optimal culture medium and culture conditions.Meanwhile,key technical problems such as yellowing and contamination,which often occurred in the process of Phalaenopsis group culture,were proposed to be solved,in order to provide technical references for the rapid propagation of Phalaenopsis on a large scale,and further promote the high-quality and high-efficiency large-scale production of Phalaenopsis.
