摘 要:凋落物和根系向土壤的碳输入是森林生态系统营养物质循环的重要环节。全球气候变化和人类活动导致凋落物和根系向土壤碳输入的质和量发生变化,对土壤微生物碳源代谢产生的影响存在很大不确定性。本文综述了改变碳输入对森林土壤微生物碳源代谢功能的影响研究进展。主要结果如下:(1)凋落物添加对土壤微生物碳源代谢功能的影响还存在不一致的结果,随气候带和林型而变化。(2)大多研究表明去除凋落物降低了土壤微生物碳源代谢功能。(3)去除根对微生物碳代谢功能的影响还存在不确定性,随气候带和林型而变化。(4)同时去除凋落物和根系降低土壤微生物碳源代谢功能。(5)凋落物添加和去除对土壤微生物碳源代谢功能的影响主要是由土壤碳含量、养分可利用性等土壤理化性质和土壤微生物群落结构的变化而产生影响的。本综述可加深对凋落物和根系对土壤碳代谢过程和碳汇功能影响的认知,可为森林恢复提供理论依据。Carbon input from litter and roots into soil are important components in nutrient cycling in forest ecosystems.Global climate change and human activities lead to significant changes in the quality and quantity of carbon input from liter and roots into soil,resulting in significant uncertainty in soil microbial carbon metabolism.This paper reviewed the research progress in the impact of changing carbon input on microbial carbon metabolism in forest soil.The main results were as below.(1)There was uncertainty in the effect of liter addition on soil microbial carbon metabolic function,which varied with climate zones and forest types;(2)Most of the studies showed that removing litter reduced metabolic function of soil microbial carbon sources;(3)There is still uncertainty about the effect of root removal on microbial carbon metabolism function,which varied with climate zones and forest types;(4)Removing both litter and roots(no inputs)reduced the carbon source metabolism function of soil microorganisms;(5)The impact of adding and removing litter on the metabolic function of soil microbial carbon sources was mainly influenced by changes in physical and chemical properties such as soil carbon and nutrient availability and soil microbial community structure This review can deepen our understanding of effects of litter and roots on soil carbon metabolism processes and carbon sink functions,providing a theoretical basis for forest restoration.
