产权交易机构在国有企业治理中的功能作用研究

摘　　要：当前,我国在国有企业治理过程中还存在很多系统性问题,其中最核心的是国有产权的制度安排还不够合理。本文在深入挖掘并剖析国有经济问题根源的基础上,揭示了产权交易机构(产权交易市场)在推动国资国企改革中的重大历史使命和应有的功能作用,为下一步完善国资国企改革工作,建设多层次资本市场提供了必要的理论依据和方向指引。At present,there are still many systemic problems in the governance process of state-owned enterprises in China,among which the most core is that the institutional arrangement of state-owned Equity is not reasonable enough.On the basis of in-depth exploration and analysis of the root causes of state-owned economic problems,this article reveals the significant historical mission and functional role of Equity Exchange institutions(Equity Exchange market)in promoting the reform of state-owned assets and enterprises,providing necessary theoretical basis and direction guidance for the next step of improving the reform of state-owned assets and enterprises and building a multi-level capital market.
