摘 要:针对攀西某极贫钒钛磁铁矿直接选矿成本高的问题,在查明了矿石中有价元素的赋存状态和有用矿物的嵌布特征的基础上,采用分级-磨矿-强磁选工艺进行粗粒抛尾,扩大连续试验获得了产率为63.12%,TFe、TiO_(2)品位分别为22.85%、12.45%,回收率分别为80.75%、84.60%的粗粒抛尾分选精矿,粗精矿中钛磁铁矿、钛铁矿矿物含量分别为18.13%和21.95%,对钛磁铁矿、钛铁矿矿物的回收率分别达95.82%、91.23%,有效的实现了该钒钛磁铁矿中铁、钛矿物的综合回收。In response to the problem of high direct beneficiation cost for a very poor vanadium titanium magnetite ore in Panxi,based on the identification of the occurrence status of valuable elements and the distribution characteristics of useful minerals in the ore,a classification grinding strong magnetic separation process was adopted for coarse tailings separation.The continuous experiment was expanded to obtain a coarse tailings separation concentrate with a yield of 63.12%,TFe and TiO_(2) grades of 22.85%and 12.45%,and recovery rates of 80.75%and 84.60%,respectively,The mineral content of titanium magnetite and ilmenite in the crude concentrate is 18.13%and 21.95%,respectively.The recovery rates of titanium magnetite and ilmenite minerals are 95.82%and 91.23%,respectively,effectively achieving the comprehensive recovery of iron and titanium minerals in the vanadium titanium magnetite.
