摘　　要：以廉为镜,可正己身。廉洁文化是中国特色社会主义文化的重要组成部分,是文化自信的强力支撑,在国有企业党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争中发挥着举足轻重的作用。在从严治党纵深推进的大背景下,国有企业如何加强廉洁文化建设,才能更好地为企业高质量发展保驾护航?本文结合国有企业四川晟天新能源发展有限公司(以下简称晟天新能源)实际,就企业廉洁文化建设的做法与措施进行探讨分析,以期为国有企业廉洁文化建设提供参考,共筑清风正气的良好发展环境。With honesty as a mirror,one can correct oneself.The culture of integrity is an important component of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,a strong support for cultural confidence,and plays a crucial role in the construction of party conduct and clean governance in state-owned enterprises and the fight against corruption.Against the backdrop of deepening the strict governance of the Party,how can state-owned enterprises strengthen the construction of a culture of integrity in order to better safeguard the high-quality development of enterprises?This article combines the actual situation of state-owned enterprise Sichuan Shengtian New Energy Development Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Shengtian New Energy)to explore and analyze the practices and measures of corporate integrity culture construction,in order to provide reference for the construction of integrity culture in state-owned enterprises and jointly build a good development environment with a clean and upright atmosphere.
