摘 要:确定太阳电池的特征参数不仅是建立其电流-电压方程的基础,也是理解太阳电池这一非线性器件的关键。本文提出了一种简单的实验方法,基于太阳电池在非标准测试条件与暗条件下的电流和电压测量结果,通过修正得到了其在标准测试条件下的电流和电压,根据建立的模型得到了太阳电池在标准测试条件下的光电流、反向饱和电流、品质因子、串联电阻与并联电阻五个特征参数,据此得到了太阳电池的电流-电压方程。最后通过比较电流-电压方程的曲线与修正后的测量结果,发现本方法的电流均方根误差小于0.12A,能满足实验的要求。该方法有助于增强学生对太阳电池非线性输出性能的理解。Determining the characteristic parameters of solar cells is not only the foundation for establishing their current voltage equation,but also the key to understanding the nonlinear device of solar cells.In this paper,a simple experimental method was built to determine these characteristic parameters.Firstly,the current and voltage of the solar cell under non-standard test conditions and dark conditions were measured,the current and voltage under standard test conditions were derived by correction.Secondly,light current,diode reverse saturation current,ideality factor,series resistance and shunt resistance of the solar cell under standard test conditions were determined based on the proposed model.And the current-voltage equation of the solar cell was established.Finally,by comparing the curve of the current voltage equation with the corrected measurement results,it is found that the root mean square error of the current in this method is less than 0.12A,which can meet the requirements of the experiment.This method helps to enhance studentsunderstanding of the nonlinear output performance of solar cells.
