摘 要:分别选取一种轻质原油和一种重质原油,按照不同比例进行复配,采用常减压蒸馏工艺制备沥青。研究原油掺配比例对沥青物理性能和流变性能的影响,通过傅里叶红外光谱仪测试并计算原油和沥青中各官能团指数,研究了原油炼制沥青过程中官能团指数的变化,基于灰色关联分析方法建立沥青官能团指数与其路用性能间的关联。结果表明,随着轻质原油的掺入,沥青的针入度和延度呈增大趋势,软化点、旋转黏度、复数模量和车辙因子呈减小趋势;炼制过程中脂肪族相对含量减小,苯环上的C-H和亚砜基相对含量增加;芳香族含量主要决定针入度和软化点,脂肪族对延度影响较大,苯环上的C-H与旋转黏度、复数模量和车辙因子关联性较大。One kind of light crude oil and one kind of heavy crude oil were selected respectively,blended in different ratios,and asphalt was prepared by atmospheric and vacuum distillation process.Research on the impact of crude oil blending ratio on the physical properties and rheological properties of asphalt,Fourier spectroscopic tests were performed and functional group indices of crude oil and asphalt were calculated,the study of crude oil refining asphalt in the process of the change of the functional group index,based on the gray relational analysis method to establish the correlation between the functional group index of asphalt and its road performance.The results show that,with the incorporation of light crude oil,the penetration and ductility of asphalt tend to increase,and the softening point,rotational viscosity,complex modulus and rutting factor tend to decrease;the relative content of aliphatic groups during the refining process decreases,and the relative content of C-H on the benzene ring and sulfoxide group increases;the content of aromatic groups mainly determines the penetration and softening point,and aliphatic groups have a greater impact on the ductility,and C-H on the benzene ring is related to the rotational viscosity,complex modulus and rutting factor.
