摘  要:利用壳聚糖将铝污泥表面电荷变为正电荷从而实现对藻类的絮凝去除。采用响应面法评价了藻液pH、壳聚糖与铝污泥配比、壳聚糖投加量及藻密度对改性铝污泥除藻性能的影响,并建立了相关数学模型。利用响应面软件的优化功能,得到藻液pH、铝污泥与壳聚糖配比、壳聚糖投加量、藻密度等参数的最优解分别为:7.51,53.28,4.51 mg/L和4.36×10^(6)cells/mL。最优条件下实测藻密度去除率100.0%,与模型预测结果一致。通过Zeta电位、SEM等表征,揭示改性铝污泥絮凝除藻的机理主要为藻细胞和改性铝污泥通过静电吸附形成絮体,反应过程快速、高效。Chitosan was used to change the surface charge of alum sludge into negative charge so as to realize the flocculation removal of algae.The effects of pH,ratio of chitosan and alum sludge,dosage of chitosan and algae density on algal removal performance of modified alum sludge were evaluated by response surface method,and a mathematical model was established.Using the optimization function of response surface software,the parameters of pH,the ratio of alum sludge to chitosan,chitosan dosage,algal density were 7.51,53.28,4.51 mg/L and 4.36×10^(6)cells/mL,respectively.The removal rate of algae density measured under the optimal conditions was 100.0%,which was consistent with the predicted results of the model.The flocculation mechanism was mainly that algae cells and modified alum sludge formed flocs through electrostatic adsorption,revealed by Zeta potential and SEM.
