摘 要:雾霾对居民生活及健康产生负面影响,为了控制雾霾,哈尔滨市政府从城市森林建设的角度有效减少雾霾,保持城市生态的可持续性。城市森林植物有滞尘效应、可以吸收和转化有毒物质并具有光合作用和蒸腾作用等。从技术约束、经济分析、法律/监管约束、社会因素和风险因素5个角度分析哈尔滨森林城市建设的可行性,确保设计的系统具有结构稳定性、有效性和多样性,同时分析人力、物力和技术等,为城市森林项目的可持续性提供依据。Haze negatively impacts residents′lives and health.To control haze,the Harbin municipal government needs to effectively reduce haze from the perspective of urban forest construction and maintain urban ecological sustainability.Urban forest plants have dust-retention effects,can absorb and transform toxic substances,and have photosynthesis and transpiration functions.This study analyzes the feasibility of constructing Harbin forest city from five perspectives:technical constraints,economic analysis,legal/regulatory constraints,social factors,and risk factors.The goal is to ensure that the designed system has structural stability,effectiveness,and diversity.The study also analyzes human,material,and technological resources to provide a basis for the sustainability of urban forest projects.
