摘 要:总结了上千公里交通事故隐患点排查和整治的经验,从“路线、路基路面、桥涵、隧道、立体交叉、平面交叉、交通工程及沿线设施”7个关键领域,对影响公路交通安全的典型隐患点进行了分析。通过实际工程案例,阐述了该类安全隐患路段的具体特点,同时针对每类事故隐患点提出了切实可行的工程措施。根据以往的工程经验,在采取有针对性的整治措施后,可有效降低交通事故。希通过这些经验总结,为今后的交通事故隐患排查和整治工作提供有益的参考,进一步提高我国公路交通的安全水平。This paper summarizes the experience of investigation and treatment of traffic accident hidden danger points over thousands of kilometers,and analyzes the typical hidden danger points affecting highway traffic safety from seven key areas of“route,subgrade and pavement,bridge and culvert,tunnel,interchange,plane intersection,traffic engineering and facilities along the line”.Through practical engineering cases,the specific characteristics of this kind of safety hidden danger section are described,and feasible engineering measures are put forward for each kind of accident hidden danger point.According to previous engineering experience,traffic accidents can be effectively reduced after taking targeted remediation measures.This paper hopes to provide a useful reference for the future investigation and remediation of hidden dangers of traffic accidents through these experiences,and to further improve the safety level of highway traffic in China.
