摘　　要：从城市轨道交通可持续发展的角度,分析城市轨道交通运营成本管理和城市轨道交通工程全生命周期管理的时序关系,提出城市轨道交通运营成本管理筹划思路,明确政府各部门和运营单位的各自职责,分析研究适合某市轨道交通的运营补贴模式选择,研究运营单位成本管理的计算思路以及成本管理控制策略。From the perspective of sustainable development of urban rail transit,the analysis of urban rail transit operation cost management and the whole life cycle management,clear the respective responsibilities of government departments and operating units,analysis and research for city rail transit operation subsidy mode selection,study the operating unit cost management calculation method and cost management control strategy.
