摘　　要：目的研究“健康中国”背景下体卫融合的构建意义与发展前景。方法文献检索中国知网、百度学术等数据库中有关健康中国战略和体卫融合的文献,进行整理、归纳、分析和总结。结果从“体医融合”到“体卫融合”,是深刻总结中央和地方在体医融合供给侧改革的实践经验后的理念迭代与观念转变。体医融合已形成具有代表性的发展模式,未来仍需政策指导、创新供给、群众认同和从业者知识提升。我国体卫融合建构从属于中国特色公共卫生服务体系之下,体卫融合是未来体医融合的重要实践方向。结论2016年“十三五”提出的体医融合和2021年“十四五”提出的体卫融合都是“健康中国”建设背景下促进全民健康、主动健康的宏观指导。体卫融合体系的建构与发展对健康中国战略建设意义重大,对慢病防治有特殊作用。Objective To investigate the significance and development prospects of integrating physical education and health within the framework of“Healthy China”.Methods A literature review was conducted using databases such as CNKI and Baidu Scholar to collect and analyze relevant literature on the Healthy China strategy and the integration of physical education and health.Results The transition from“integration of physical education and medicine”to“integration of physical education and health”represents an ideological evolution and conceptual shift that reflects a profound summary of the practical experiences of both central and local governments in the supply-side reform of physical education and medicine.The integration of physical education and medicine has established a representative development model,which will continue to require policy guidance,innovative supply,public recognition,and knowledge enhancement among practitioners.The construction of the integration of physical education and health in China is situated within the context of a public health service system with Chinese characteristics,and“integration of physical education and health”is an important practical direction for the future of“integration of physical education and medicine”.Conclusion The“integration of physical education and medicine”proposed in the 13th Five-Year Plan in 2016 and the“integration of physical education and health”introduced in the 14th Five-Year Plan in 2021 are both macro-guidelines aimed at promoting overall health and proactive health within the framework of“Healthy China”.The construction and development of the integration of physical education and health are of great significance to the Healthy China strategy and play a special role in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.
