摘 要:为筛选优质枫香(Liquidambar formosana)种源,以11个不同种源枫香为试验材料,对其种子性状进行对比和分析,开展轻基质育苗试验,观察枫香幼苗苗高和地径生长节律,采用Logistic方程对苗高和地径生长节律进行拟合,并对种子性状与苗木生长指标和生态因子进行相关性分析。结果表明,不同种源枫香的所有种子性状均差异显著;枫香种子千粒重为2.27~4.10 g,种子长为4.19~6.10 mm,种子宽为1.71~2.24 mm,种子长宽比为2.31~2.94,种翅长为2.08~2.75 mm,种翅宽为1.80~2.26 mm,种翅长宽比为1.12~1.38。不同种源枫香幼苗的苗高和地径累积生长量均差异极显著;苗高速生期均在5月15日—8月15日,地径速生期均在5月15日—7月15日和9月15日—11月15日,可在幼苗速生期加强水肥管理。苗高Logistic方程的R2为0.984~0.998,地径Logistic方程的R2为0.960~0.993,均达到显著相关水平,可采用Logistic方程拟合枫香幼苗生长节律。综合来说,南丹和钟山种源的生长表现优于其他9个种源。In order to screen high-quality Liquidambar formosana provenances,taking L.formosana from 11 different provenances as research materials,seed traits were compared and analyzed.Growth rhythms of seedling heights and ground diameters of L.formosana seedlings were observed by conducting light substrate seedling cultivation.Growth rhythms of seedling heights and ground diameters were fitted by Logistic equations.Correlation analysis among seed traits,growth indexes of seedlings and ecological factors was carried out.Results showed that there were significant differences among all seed traits of L.formosana from different provenances.1000-grain weights of L.formosana seeds were 2.27-4.10 g,seed lengths were 4.19-6.10 mm,seed widths were 1.71-2.24 mm,length to width ratios of seeds were 2.31-2.94,seed wing lengths were 2.08-2.75 mm,seed wing widths were 1.80-2.26 mm and length to width ratios of seed wings were 1.12-1.38.There were extremely significant differences in accumulative growths of seedling heights and ground diameters of L.formosana seedlings from different provenances.All rapid growth periods of seedling heights were from May 15th to August 15th,and all rapid growth periods of ground diameters were from May 15th to July 15th and September 15th to November 15th.Water and fertilizer management could be strengthened during rapid growth periods of seedlings.R2 of Logistic equations for seedling heights ranged from 0.984 to 0.998,and R2 of Logistic equations for ground diameters ranged from 0.960 to 0.993,both of which reached significant correlation levels.Growth rhythms of L.formosana seedlings could be fitted by Logistic equations.In sum,Nandan and Zhongshan provenances showed better growth performances than the other nine provenances.
