摘 要:以乙酰丙酮和3,4-二羟基苯甲醛为原料通过Pabon反应合成得到桑黄酚A;以胡椒碱为原料,经水解酸化后得到胡椒酸,后者在偶联剂HATU的作用下与异丁胺缩合得荜茇明宁碱,总产率分别为70%和50%,目标分子的结构得到了NMR和HR-ESI-MS的表征。薄层色谱和高效液相色谱检测其纯度都在99%以上。按上述方法合成桑黄酚A和荜茇明宁碱具有起始原料易得,反应条件温和,后处理简单,纯度高的特点。In this paper,hispolon was obtained by Pabon reaction using acetylacetone and 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde as raw materials;Piperlonguminine was obtained using Piperine as the raw material.Piperonic acid was gotten after hydrolysis and acidification.Subsequently,piperonic acid was directly condensed with isobutylamine in the presence of the coupling agent HATU.The total yields for hispolon and piperlonguminine were 70%and 50%respectively.The target molecular structures were characterized by NMR and HR-ESI-MS technique.The purity of hispolon and piperlonguminine exceeded 99%by thin layer chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography methods.This synthesis method possess advantages such as easy accessibility of starting materials,mild reaction conditions,straightforward post-processing,and high purity of the products.
