摘 要:强风化泥岩区岩体较破碎、围岩自稳能力差,隧道修建时工艺复杂,且围岩变形及地表沉降明显。管棚注浆施工可预加固岩体,是软弱破碎地层隧道修建的有效方法。以某高铁隧道为研究对象,详述了隧道工程地质条件和管棚施工工艺,获得了隧道洞口段不同位置左右两侧地表沉降变形规律,并基于回归分析方法预测了各点地表最终沉降量。结果表明:管棚注浆能较好地控制隧道上方的地表沉降,但其加固影响区外地表沉降明显;距离管棚注浆加固影响区越远,地表沉降越小,且隧道左侧地表沉降高于右侧,最大沉降值为264.6 mm。各点地表沉降值符合指数型函数变化规律,依次经历快速沉降、缓慢沉降和基本稳定3个阶段,且沉降变形小的测点更早趋于稳定。The rock mass in the strongly weathered mudstone area is relatively fragmented,with poor self-stabilization ability of the surrounding rock.The construction process of the tunnel is complex,and the deformation of the surrounding rock and surface settlement are obvious.Pipe shed grouting construction can pre reinforce the rock mass and is an effective method for constructing tunnels in weak and fractured strata.Taking a high-speed railway tunnel as the research object,the engineering geological conditions of the tunnel and the construction technology of the pipe shed are described in detail.The surface settlement deformation laws on the left and right sides of the tunnel entrance section at different positions are obtained,and the final surface settlement at each point is predicted based on regression analysis method.The results show that pipe shed grouting can effectively control surface settlement above the tunnel,but its reinforcement has a significant impact on surface settlement outside the affected area;The further away from the grouting reinforcement area of the pipe shed,the smaller the surface settlement,and the surface settlement on the left side of the tunnel is higher than that on the right side,with a maximum settlement value of 264.6 mm.The surface subsidence values at each point follow an exponential function variation pattern,experiencing three stages in sequence:rapid subsidence,slow subsidence,and basic stability.Moreover,measuring points with small subsidence deformation tend to stabilize earlier.
