澧水流域张家界段着生藻类群落结构特征及水质评价

摘　　要：为了掌握澧水流域张家界段着生藻类的群落结构特征,于2023年春季和秋季对流域内15个监测样点开展着生藻类的调查与分析。流域内共监测到着生藻类71种属,隶属于4门44属。春季的平均密度和生物量分别为4.17×10^(6) cells/cm^(2)、2.78 mg/cm^(2),秋季平均密度和生物量分别为1.94×10^(6) cells/cm^(2)、0.30 mg/cm^(2)。着生藻类Shannon-Wiener指数、Simpson多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数春季的平均值分别为1.778、0.726、0.429,秋季的平均值分别为1.088、0.507、0.288,3个指数值在春季均显著高于秋季,春季和秋季均呈现出支流的多样性和均匀度高于干流。春季各监测样点着生藻类的硅藻营养化指数(TDI)变化范围为43.10~71.86,平均值为60.99,指示水体总体处于富营养化状态。支流的TDI平均值为59.24,处于中营养状态;干流的平均值为63.62,处于富营养状态。秋季各监测样点着生藻类的TDI的变化范围为37.50~68.58,总体平均值为55.38,指示水体总体处于中营养状态。支流的TDI平均值为57.10,干流的平均值为54.48,均处于中营养状态。In order to obtain the community structure characteristics of periphyton in Zhangjiajie section of Lishui River Basin,the investigation of periphyton were carried out in 15 monitoring sites in the basin in spring and autumn of 2023.A total of 71 species of periphyton were detected in the basin,belonging to 4 phyla and 44 genera.The average density and biomass were 4.17×10^(6) cells/cm^(2) and 2.78 mg/cm^(2) in spring,and 1.94×10^(6) cells/cm^(2) and 0.30 mg/cm^(2) in autumn,respectively.The mean values of Shannon-Wiener index,Simpson diversity index and Pielou evenness index in spring were 1.778,0.726,and 0.429,respectively,and those in autumn were 1.088,0.507,and 0.288,respectively.The values of the three indexes in spring were significantly higher than those in autumn.In both spring and autumn,the diversities of tributaries were higher than that of main streams.In spring,the TDI index of each monitoring sample was 43.10 to 71.86,with an average value of 60.99,indicating that the water body was in a eutrophication state.The average TDI index of tributaries was 59.24,and the tributaries were in the medium trophic state.The mean value of the main stream was 63.62,and it was in eutrophic state.In autumn,the TDI index of all monitoring samples of algae ranged from 37.50 to 68.58,and the overall average value was 55.38,indicating that the water body was in a medium trophic state.The average TDI index of the tributaries was 57.10 and that of the main stream was 54.48,both of which were in the medium trophic state.
