摘 要:街道作为城市重要公共开放空间,兼具交通与生活功能。在存量发展背景下,提升街道舒适度对增强城市活力与质量至关重要。以郑州市二七区顺河路与东里路为研究区域,通过层次分析法构建街道空间舒适度评价体系,从围合性、连续性、便捷度、可意向性、审美质量5个维度及两侧建筑高度、空间开敞与封闭等15个指标进行权重计算,准则层结果比较为:便捷度(0.3316)>可意向性(0.3136)>审美质量(0.1913)>围合性(0.0948)>连续性(0.0688),可知便捷度是影响最大的因素。通过对15个影响因子的权重分析,发现可以从空间环境、道路违规停车、建筑设计与场地环境等方面入手,提高街道空间舒适度。Streets,as important public open spaces in cities,serve both transportation and living functions.In the context of stock development,improving the comfort of streets is crucial to enhance the vitality and quality of cities.The research object of this paper is Shunhe Road and Dongli Road in Erqi District of Zhengzhou City.The evaluation system of street spatial comfort is constructed through the hierarchical analysis method,and the weights are calculated from the five dimensions of enclosure,continuity,convenience,intuitiveness,and aesthetic quality,as well as the 15 indexes such as the heights of the buildings on both sides,and the spatial opening and closure,etc.The results of criterion layer showed that:convenience(0.3316)>intentionality(0.3136)>aesthetic quality(0.1913)>inclusion(0.0948)>continuity(0.0688),which shows that convenience is the most influential factor.By analyzing the weights of the 15 influencing factors,it is found that the comfort of street space can be improved by starting from the spatial environment,road parking violation,architectural design and site environment.
