水利工程对桂林漓江风景名胜区景观及生态影响评价研究

摘  要:以阳朔县新城区防洪治涝(含水系建设)水利工程项目建设为例,系统调查了评价区内景观及生态现状,主要从生态系统、自然资源、区域生态和生态敏感保护目标等4个维度筛选11个评价因子,采用综合指数法,通过计算生态资源现状指数分值(BJ=19.1)、生态影响指数分值(BY=17.59),并进行对比得出项目的生态影响程度值(BC=7.91%)。结果表明:该工程建设对漓江风景名胜区总体影响程度较小。提出了河段采用构建河岸消落带、改造亲水平台、管理维护道路,调蓄湖采用恢复湿地植被种植等减缓影响措施建议,以期提供参考。Taking the flood prevention and control project in Xincheng District,Yangshuo County as an example,this paper systematically investigates the landscape and ecological status.11 evaluation factors are mainly screened from 4 dimensions:ecosystem,natural resources,regional ecology,and ecologically sensitive protection targets.The comprehensive index method was used to calculate the ecological resource status index score(BJ=19.1).The ecological impact index score(BY=17.59)and the ecological impact degree value(BC=7.91%)of the project was compared.It is concluded that the construction of this water conservancy project has a relatively small overall impact of Guilin Lijiang Scenic Area.In order to further mitigate the impact,it is proposed to construct riverbank subsidence zones,transform hydrophilic platforms,manage and maintain roads in the river section,and restore wetland vegetation planting in the regulating lake.
