基于森林城市建设的城步县森林网络和森林健康规划  

Exploration of Forest Network and Forest Health Planning in Chengbu County Based on Forest City Construction

摘　　要：为全面提升城步苗族自治县森林城市建设质量、增强居民绿色福祉,对全县森林网络和森林健康建设进行了探讨。结果表明:城步县县域林木覆盖率79.50%,城区绿化覆盖率40.23%,城区树冠覆盖率26.40%,城区林荫道路率57.87%,乡镇建成区绿化覆盖率31.86%,水岸线绿化率92.46%,建设国家森林城市已有一定的基础。根据城步县的自然地理特征、现有森林、绿地分布特点和格局,全县应以建成区森林建设为中心,构建“一园三区两网,一核多点”的整体布局。规划到2032年,全县林木覆盖率80.99%,城区绿化覆盖率40.50%、公园服务范围90.07%、林荫道路率90.21%,乡镇建成区绿化率39.98%,村庄林木覆盖率39.10%,水岸林木绿化率93.20%,全县实现山水相依、绿树相映的森林城市景观。In order to improve the construction quality of Chengbu Miao Autonomous County Forest cities and enhance the green well-being of residents,the county-wide forest network and forest health construction were discussed.The investigation showed that the coverage rate of trees in Chengbu Miao Autonomous County was 79.50%.The coverage rate of greening in urban area was 40.23%.The coverage rate of tree crown in urban area was 26.40%.The coverage rate of tree-lined roads in urban area was 57.87%.The coverage rate of greening in built-up areas of villages and towns was 31.86%,and the greening rate of water shorelines was 92.46%.The construction of National Forest City has certain foundation.Based on Chengbu Miao Autonomous County's physical geography,the distribution and pattern of existing forests and green spaces,the county should focus on the forest construction in the built-up areas and establish an overall layout of“one park,three districts,two networks,one core and multiple points”.in 2032,the county's forest coverage rate is 80.99%.The urban greening coverage rate is 40.50%.The park service scope is 90.07%.The tree-lined road coverage rate is 90.21%.The built-up township greening rate is 39.98%.The village forest coverage rate is 39.10%.The afforestation rate of water bank forest is 93.20%.The whole county realizes the forest city landscape that the mountains and rivers depend on each other and the trees are opposite.
