预制混凝土构件在装配式钢结构住宅中的研究与应用

摘　　要：济源富士花园二期项目为装配式钢结构住宅,在设计阶段结合了预制楼梯、预制飘窗、预制空调板等预制混凝土构件,并成功研究应用了“预制混凝土构件+装配式钢结构”的新型节点设计及施工技术。其中,预制楼梯通过后灌浆技术,解决了预制楼梯与钢梯梁两种刚性构件连接节点间隙的问题,避免了因构件制作、安装偏差叠加导致的质量缺陷;预制飘窗采取“双向调节+可调斜拉装置”技术实现快速调平和销键对中,提高了工效和施工质量,同时通过预制飘窗侧面与楼板设计上预留间隙,实现梁窝与组合楼板的混凝土同步浇筑;预制空调板通过预埋连接件限位固定及可调斜拉装置,实现了无支撑条件下快速精准安装就位。Jiyuan Fuji Garden Phase II project is a prefabricated steel structure residence,which combines prefabricated concrete components such as prefabricated stairs,prefabricated bay windows,prefabricated air conditioning panels,and successfully studies and applies the new joint design and construction technology of prefabricated concrete components+prefabricated steel structure.Among them,the post-grouting technology of prefabricated stairs solves the problem of connection node clearance between prefabricated stairs and steel ladder beams,and avoids the quality defects caused by the superposition of component fabrication and installation deviation.The prefabricated floating window adopts the technology of two-way adjustment+adjustable cable-stayed device to realize rapid leveling and pin key alignment,which improves the work efficiency and construction quality.At the same time,the concrete pouring of the beam nest and the compositefloor is realized simultaneously by reserving the gap between the side of the prefabricated floating window and the floor design.Prefabricated air conditioning panels can be quickly and accurately installed in place without support by means of pre-embedded connector limitfixation and adjustable cable-stayed device.
