预拌流态固化土在软土地基肥槽回填中的应用

摘　　要：软土地基基坑支护普遍采用围护桩+混凝土内支撑的支护形式,而为了保证基坑受力稳定,深基坑工程存在拆撑和换撑的施工工序,最终导致基坑肥槽周围存在密集换撑板带。同时肥槽空间宽度狭窄也常导致肥槽出现回填施工难度大、施工质量问题多、施工进度慢等问题。本研究通过常见肥槽回填材料方案对比分析,结合实际工程的场地道路条件和支护结构特点,提出预拌流态固化土回填施工方案,不仅保证了项目顺利施工,还取得良好的经济效益。The support of soft soil foundation pits generally adopts the form of retaining piles and concrete internal support.In order to ensure the stability of the foundation pit under stress,there are construction processes such as dismantling and replacing supports in deep foundation pit engineering.In the end,there are dense supporting plates around the fertilizer groove of the foundation pit,and the width of the fertilizer groove space is narrow,resulting in difficulties in backfilling the fertilizer groove,multiple construction quality problems,and slow progress.By comparing and analyzing common backfill material schemes for fertilizer tanks,and combining with the site road conditions and support structure characteristics of actual projects,a pre mixed fluidized solidified soil backfill construction plan is proposed to ensure the smooth construction of the project,achieve good economic effects.
