基于“皮肤式”防水理念的明挖法地下结构防水设计探讨

摘　　要：本研究分析了防水卷材、防水涂料、水泥基防水材料等3种外设防水层防水机理。按照GB 55030—2022《建筑与市政工程防水通用规范》规定,依据“皮肤式”防水理念,从材料性能、防水机理等方面依次分析了明挖法地下结构底板、侧墙、顶板不同外设防水作法的优点和不足,提出了对应推荐方案,以供业内人员讨论、参照。The paper analyzes the waterproof mechanism of three kinds of peripheral waterproof layer,such as waterproof coil,waterproof coating and cement based waterproof material.According to the provisions of the GB 55030—2022 General Code for Waterproofing of Buildings and Municipal Engineering,based on the concept of skin-type waterproofing,the advantages and disadvantages of different peripheral waterproofing methods for the bottom,side wall and roof of underground engineering by open excavation method are analyzed in turn from the aspects of material properties and waterproofing mechanism,and their respective recommended schemes are put forward for discussion and reference by the industry personnel.
