摘 要:为准确评定新建连续梁桥的承载能力和实际工作状态,以某三跨预应力变截面连续梁桥为工程背景,通过静载试验的校验系数、相对残余等参数判断结构的强度和刚度等指标是否满足要求,通过动载试验测得固有频率、动挠度(动应变)、冲击系数等参数是否在规范限值内。结果表明:在荷载效率介于0.85~1.05时,挠度、应变校验系数均小于1,相对残余值不超过20%,表明结构刚度有富余,且卸载后能够恢复变形,结构处于弹性工作状态;实测频率与理论频率的比值不小于0.9,表明结构刚度实际刚度大,跑车试验时动态应变增量系数小于设计冲击系数,行车状况良好。In order to accurately assess the load carrying capacity and actual working condition of the new continuous girder bridge,a three-span prestressed variable cross-section continuous girder bridge has been taken as the background of the project,and the check coefficient of the static load test,relative residual and other parameters are used to determine whether the structural strength and stiffness indexes are satisfied with the requirements,and whether the parameters of the intrinsic frequency,deflection and impact coefficient are within the specification limits through the dynamic load test.The results show that:in the load efficiency between 0.85~1.05,deflection,strain calibration coefficient are less than 1,the relative residual value is not more than 20%,indicating that the structural stiffness has surplus,and after unloading can recover the deformation,the structure is in the elastic working state;the ratio of the measured frequency to the theoretical frequency is greater than or equal to 0.9,indicating that the structural stiffness of the actual rigidity of the structure is large,and dynamic strain increment coefficient is less than the designed impact coefficient,the traveling condition is good,the dynamic strain increment coefficient is less than the designed impact coefficient.The dynamic strain increment coefficient is smaller than the design impact coefficient,and the traveling condition is good.
