摘 要:为保证跨河道钢箱梁桥架设的安全性,采用有限元分析法,针对主梁架设过程中采用临时墩及配套设施的受力性能进行分析,验证陆域、水域中临时墩及配套设施的强度、刚度和稳定性是否满足要求。结果显示,陆域、水域的临时墩的强度、刚度和稳定性均满足要求;陆域条形基础的受力也满足要求;水域中墩的单桩入土深度为11 m,实际施工应参照计算深度进行调整;架桥机前钢托座支撑墩的钢支架结构强度、刚度及柱顶水平位移满足要求,柱顶竖向变形不满足要求,依据实际工程提出防止柱顶竖向位移超限的措施。In order to ensure the safety of the erection of the cross-river steel box girder bridge,the finite element analysis method is used to analyze the force performance of the temporary piers and supporting facilities used in the process of erecting the main beam,and mainly verify whether the strength,stiffness and stability of the temporary piers and supporting facilities in the land and water areas meet the requirements.The results show that the strength,stiffness and stability of the temporary piers in the land and water areas meet the requirements.The force of the land strip foundation also meets the requirements,the depth of the single pile in the water pier is 11m,and the actual construction should be adjusted according to the actual situation with reference to the calculated depth,the strength,stiffness and horizontal displacement of the column top of the steel support pier of the front leg support pier of the bridge erecting machine meet the requirements,and the vertical deformation of the column top can not meet the requirements,and measures to prevent the vertical displacement of the column top from exceeding the limit are proposed according to the actual project.
