摘 要:公共医疗类建筑的机电管线多达几十类,在层高偏低、净高要求偏高的要求下,医院特有管线包括净化专用空调风管、医用气体管、物流轨道小车等医疗专项管线,通常设立在门诊医技楼及地下室区域,管线密集复杂、深化难度极高。以岱山医院项目机电安装工程中BIM综合实际应用流程为例,分析总结了物流轨道安装空间预留、机房管井、样板区和预留洞口等医疗建筑管线综合排布施工策划的重点和难点。There are dozens of types of mechanical and electrical pipelines in public medical buildings.Under the requirements of low floor height and high net height,hospital specific pipelines include purification dedicated air conditioning ducts,medical gas pipes,logistics rail cars and other medical special pipelines.They are usually set up in outpatient medical technology buildings and basement areas,with dense and complex pipelines and extremely high difficulty in deepening.Taking the BIM comprehensive practical application process in the electromechanical installation engineering of Daishan Hospital project as an example,this paper analyzes and summarizes the key and difficult points of the comprehensive layout construction planning of medical building pipelines such as logistics track installation space reservation,machine room pipe wells,sample areas,and reserved openings.
