摘  要:针对传统盾构螺旋输送机后仓门紧急关闭过程中液压系统流量大小不稳定及油缸和蓄能器关键参数设置不合理而易引起液压冲击,造成机械部件损伤等缺陷。提出一种带压力补偿的插装式比例流量阀控制系统流量大小。通过分析其结构组成及原理,建立了该阀AMEsim模型,并对模型仿真特性曲线进行了分析,得出其有较好的流量稳定性,控制精度高、动态响应性好,且利用仿真环境建立了螺机后仓门液压系统的AMEsim模型,分析了系统中蓄能器与液压缸的关键参数对后仓门紧急关闭的影响规律,结合该影响规律及比例流量阀的工作特性,为螺机后仓门液压系统的进一步升级改造提供理论依据。In view of the unsteady flow of hydraulic system and the unreasonable setting of key parameters of oil cylinder and ac⁃cumulator in the process of emergency closing of the rear bin door of the traditional shield screw conveyor,hydraulic impact and damage of mechanical components are easy to be caused.A plug-in proportional flow valve control system with pressure compen⁃sation is proposed.By analyzing its structure composition and the principle of the valve AMEsim model is established,and the model simulation characteristic curve are analyzed,and concluded that it has better flow stability,high control accuracy,good dynamic response,and the screw machine was established based on the simulation environment after the storehouse door AMEsim model of hydraulic system,analyses the key parameters on the system of accumulator and hydraulic cylinder storehouse door emergency shut down after the influence law of the influence law and working characteristic of proportional valve for warehouse door after screw machine hydraulic system provides the theory basis for further upgrading.
