摘  要:对变双曲圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮(VH-CATT)传动引入单个塑料齿轮后的最大接触应力在啮合过程中的变化规律进行了研究。基于该齿轮传动的齿面方程,建立了齿轮精确的三维模型。根据齿轮啮合原理,推导了该齿轮传动重合度的计算方法,并分析了齿轮啮入到啮出整个啮合过程啮合对数的变化规律。应用Abaqus分析了齿轮啮合过程中最大接触应力变化规律,分析结果表明:在啮合过程中,随着转动角度的变化,最大接触应力呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势,数据拟合数值后为一条上凸的曲线,且在啮合对数变化时,应力变化也较大;对比了不同材料下齿轮变形协调关系,塑料齿轮适用中小载荷的场合;分析了不同转矩条件下最大接触应力的变化规律,随着转矩的增大,最大接触应力峰值增大,且增大趋势逐渐放缓;分析了不同齿线半径条件下最大接触应力的变化规律,随着齿线半径的增大,最大接触应力峰值减小,且减小趋势近似呈线性。The variation of the maximum contact stress in the meshing process of cylindrical gear transmission with Variable Hy⁃perbolic Circular-Arc-Tooth-Trace(VH-CATT)with a single plastic gear is studied.Based on the tooth surface equation of the gear transmission,an accurate three-dimensional model of the gear is established.According to the gear meshing principle,the calculation method of the gear transmission coincidence degree is derived,and the change law of the meshing logarithm in the whole meshing process from meshing in to meshing out is analyzed.ABAQUS is used to analyze the variation of the maximum con⁃tact stress in the process of gear meshing.The results show that the maximum contact stress first increases and then decreases with the change of rotation angle in the process of gear meshing,and the data fitting is a convex curve,and the stress changes greatly with the change of meshing logarithm.The deformation coordination relationship of gears with different materials is compared,and plastic gears are suitable for small and medium loads.With the increase of torque,the peak value of maximum contact stress increases and the increasing trend slows down.The variation of maximum contact stress under different tooth line radius is ana⁃lyzed.With the increase of tooth line radius,the peak value of maximum contact stress decreases,and the decreasing trend is ap⁃proximately linear.
