摘 要:为了有效抑制输电铁塔钢管构件的涡激振动问题,设计了一种基于电涡流原理被动抑制的新型径向充磁圆筒式电涡流阻尼器。首先,提出了四种磁路的设计方案,分析了静态磁场的气隙密度分布,并采用瞬态分析方法,讨论了不同方案对阻尼器阻尼系数的影响;最后提出了四种导体的设计构型,并对导体构型进行优化。针对最优构型的阻尼器,搭建了新型径向充磁圆筒式电涡流阻尼器在简谐载荷激励下的试验模型,通过试验与仿真的对比,验证了仿真结果的可靠性,且随着振动频率的增大,阻尼系数有减小的趋势。以期新型径向充磁圆筒式电涡流阻尼器能为输电钢管塔涡激减振提供初步参考。In order to effectively suppress vortex-induced vibration of steel pipe members of transmission towers,a new cylindrical eddy current damper based on eddy current principle was designed.Firstly,four magnetic circuit design schemes are proposed,the distribution of air gap density of static magnetic field is analyzed,and the influence of different schemes on damping coeffi⁃cient of damper is discussed by transient analysis method.Finally,the design configurations of four kinds of conductors are pro⁃posed and optimized.Aiming at the optimal configuration of the cylindrical eddy current damper,a test model of the new type of cylindrical eddy current damper was built under the excitation of harmonic load.The reliability of the simulation results was veri⁃fied by the comparison between the test and simulation results,and the damping coefficient tended to decrease with the increase of vibration frequency.A new cylindrical eddy current damper can provide reference for vortex-induced vibration reduction of trans⁃mission tube towers.
