摘　　要：城市基层社区治理是国家治理体系的重要组成部分,是社会建设的基石。大数据、云计算、区块链等数字技术不断发展,深刻影响着社会生产和生活,成为社会治理模式变革的重要动力。当前,我国很多城市已经展开了数字赋能社区治理的实践探索,不断运用先进的信息技术提升基层社区治理水平,以更快的速度及更具温情的机制回应社区居民的问题与诉求,形成了不少可供借鉴和学习的经验与模式。文章以安徽省淮北市基层社区的数字化治理实践为案例,展示数字技术在基层社区治理中的应用成效,具体分析了淮北市基层社区数字化治理实践过程中存在的问题,并提出了若干应对策略。Grassroots community governance is a key component of the national governance system and the cornerstone of social construction.The continuous advancement of digital technologies represented by big data,cloud computing,and blockchain has exerted a profound impact on social production and life,becoming an important driving force for the transformation of social governance models.At present,many cities in China have launched projects of digital empowerment of community governance,continuously using advanced information technology to boost grassroots community governance,responding to the demands of residents with faster speed and more warmth,and forming a lot of experience for reference.In this context,the article aims to expound the effectiveness of digital technology in grassroots community governance,and explores the challenges encountered,and finally proposes several solutions,taking Huaibei City as an example.
