摘  要:《气象高质量发展纲要(2022—2035年)》指出,“加快推进气象现代化建设,努力构建科技领先、监测精密、预报精准、服务精细、人民满意的现代气象体系”。在此背景下,文章结合ISO9001质量管理体系要求,以及宁夏气象装备仓储管理工作实际,设计了一套基于二维码技术的气象装备仓储管理系统。该系统可实现气象装备及配套仓储基础设施“一物一码”、存放区域“一区一码”;建立气象装备存储路径可视化图表,且能提高气象装备出入库、盘点、搜索的工作效率,减少人为统计、记录的错误。试验证明,该系统能有效提升气象装备现代化管理水平,为气象装备保障和决策提供有力技术支撑。The"Outline for High-Quality Development of Meteorology(2022-2035)"points out that we should"accelerate meteorological modernization,strive to build a modern meteorological system that is characterized by advanced technology,precise monitoring,accurate forecasting,fine services,so as to satisfy the people".In this context,the article designs a meteorological equipment warehousing management system based on QR code according to the requirements of ISO9001 quality management system and the practical status in Ningxia.This system can achieve"one item labeling"for equipment and supporting infrastructure,and"one area,one code"for storage areas;In addition,the visual chart of the storage path can boost the efficiency of inbound and outbound,inventory,and search of meteorological equipment,and reduce errors in human statistics and records.Experimental results have shown that the system can greatly boost modern management level,providing strong technical support for equipment protection and decision-making.
