摘　　要：随着信息技术的飞速发展和广泛应用,个人信息的收集、存储、使用和传输变得愈加便捷,但同时也带来了诸如信息泄露、非法买卖、滥用等问题。这些问题不仅侵犯了公民的隐私权和个人权益,也对社会秩序和公共安全构成威胁。因此,必须高度重视个人信息保护,采取有力措施防范化解风险隐患,切实维护个人合法权益。基于此,文章从加快构建个人信息保护法律体系、全面强化数据安全管理、广泛开展个人信息保护宣传工作、强化核心技术创新供给等方面出发,提出了破解个人信息保护法律难题的对策,旨在有效维护公民个人信息安全,促进数字经济健康有序发展。With the rapid advancement and widespread application of information technology,the collection,storage,utilization,and transmission of personal information have become increasingly convenient,but at the same time,issues such as information leakage,illegal trade and abuse have also arised.These cases not only violate citizens'privacy and personal rights,but also pose a threat to social order and public safety.Hence,it is necessary to attach significance to the protection of personal information,take effective measures to prevent and resolve risks,in order to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of individuals.In light of this,the article proposes suggestions in terms of establishing a legal system for personal information protection,comprehensively strengthening data security,carrying out publicity,and reinforcing core technological innovation,aiming to guarantee the security of personal information and facilitate the sound and orderly development of digital economy.
