摘  要:电感式角度编码器采用无接触工作方式,在工业生产等方面得到广泛应用,目前我国的电感式角度编码器技术水平仍有待进一步提升。设计了一种基于涡流原理的电感式角度编码器,其结构包括定子和转子。通过印制电路板(PCB)工艺,定子部分的激励线圈和接收线圈被印制在同一块PCB上,极大地缩小了编码器的体积;印制在PCB上特定形状的敷铜区域构成转子,不同的敷铜区域形成一个个扇区。针对定子和转子的电磁耦合机理,分析了转子涡流对接收线圈感应电压的影响,并搭建了试验平台进行测试。测试结果表明,该角度编码器展现出了较高的测量精度,具有良好的应用前景和广阔的市场潜力。Inductive angular encoders,with their non-contact working mode,have been widely applied in industrial production and other fields.However,the technological level of inductive angular encoders in China still needs to be further improved.An inductive angular encoder based on the eddy current principle which comprises a stator and a rotor is designed.By utilizing printed circuit board(PCB)technology,the excitation coils and receiving coils of the stator are printed on the same PCB,significantly reducing the encoder's volume.The rotor is formed by specifically shaped copperclad areas printed on the PCB,with different areas defining individual sectors.Focusing on the electromagnetic coupling mechanism between the stator and rotor,the impact of rotor eddy currents on the induced voltage in the receiving coils is analyzed and a test platform for evaluation is established.The test results demonstrate that this angular encoder exhibits high measurement accuracy,promising excellent application prospects and vast market potential.
