摘　　要：以LC3244LD型变送器为例,介绍了智能型浮筒液位(界位)变送器在生产装置中的工作原理和安装方法,阐述了浮筒液位(界位)变送器的现场安装步骤及调试过程,并对调试过程中可能遇到的常见问题及设置方法进行了说明。针对使用过程中出现的故障提出了具体的解决方案,旨在确保智能型浮筒在乙烯装置中正常运行。Taking the LC3244LD transmitter as an example,the working principle and installation method of the intelligent float level(boundary)transmitter in the production equipment is introduced.The on-site installation steps and debugging process of the float level(boundary)transmitter are explained,and common problems that may be encountered during the debugging process and processing methods are explained.Specific solutions have been proposed for the faults that occur during use,aiming to ensure the normal operation of the intelligent float in the ethylene plant.
