摘　　要：工程造价贯穿于工程建设的全过程,作为一个数据高度聚集的专业,抓住数字技术创新,可以促进水电工程造价专业信息化高质量发展。文章分析了一体化平台的建设方法、阐述了水电工程造价的特点和管理现状,围绕着“上云用数赋能”方式,构建一个水电工程造价云、智能计价和工效测定深度融合的一体化平台。同时,详细提出了平台的功能模块,旨在为相关工程造价信息化系统建设提供参考和借鉴。Engineering cost runs through the whole process of engineering construction,it is a high data aggregation of the profession,grasps the digital technology innovation and promotes the high-quality development of hydropower engineering cost professional informatization.This paper analyzes the construction method of the integrated platform,expounds the characteristics and management status of hydropower project cost,and builds an integrated cloud platform with deep integration of hydropower project cost,intelligent pricing and construction efficiency measuring around the method of"cloud data and empowerment".At the same time,the functional modules of the platform are proposed in detail,aiming to provide reference for the construction of related engineering cost information systems.
