水电领域设备物资管理的优化策略研究

摘　　要：目前水电领域设备物资管理面临着系统化管理能力低、国际项目管控力不足、信息化水平低和成本管控本领不足等多重挑战,作为水电领域战略转型、产业升级的关键时期,通过全面提升系统化管理能力、国际项目管控力、信息化水平和成本管控本领的优化策略,能够为企业的可持续化发展做出相应的促进与推动,进而提升企业的经济效益和核心竞争力。At present,equipment and materials management in the hydropower field faces several challenges,including low system management capability,insufficient international project control,low informationization level,and inadequate cost control skills.As a critical period for strategic transformation and industrial upgrading in the hydropower field,through comprehensively enhancing system management capabilities,international project control,informationization,and cost control skills with optimization strategies,enterprises can promote sustainable development,thereby improving economic benefits and core competitiveness.
