摘  要:基于闸墩、墩墙等结构混凝土仓位内空间狭窄受限、工期紧、总方量大、高度较高、环境复杂多变等特点,传统航电枢纽采用门(塔)机作为主要吊装设备,吊装任务繁琐,严重影响备仓及浇筑效率。通过设计研发水电站闸墩仓位专用吊装车,取代门座式起重机,实现仓位内行走、吊装模板,提高模板吊装效率及门机浇筑利用率,故资源投入少、施工进度快,降低了施工成本及管理成本,为同类型工程施工提供借鉴。The traditional navigation hydropower junction uses gantry cranes as the main hoisting equipment due to the narrow and confined space,tight construction period,large total square volume,high height,and variable and complex and changeable environment.The hoisting task is complicated,which seriously affects the efficiency of warehouse preparation and pouring.The special lifting vehicle has been designed and developed for the gate pier warehouse of hydropower project to replaces the gantry crane,realizing the walking and lifting of the template in the warehouse,improving the efficiency of the template lifting and the utilization rate of the gantry crane pouring,realizing less resource investment,fast construction progress,reducing the construction cost and management cost,and providing a reference for the construction of the same type of project.
