国医大师林天东基于“肾主生殖,脾主运化”理论治疗少弱精子症经验

摘　　要：少弱精子症为临床常见病、多发病,是导致男性不育的主要因素之一,可直接或间接影响广大男性的生育能力及生殖健康。国医大师林天东从医50余年,擅长治疗男科、妇科疾病,尤善治不孕不育。国匡大师林天东对于治疗少弱精子症导致的不育症,颇有心得,并积累了丰富且独到的临床经验。林天东教授认为少弱精子症导致的不育症主要病机为脾肾功能失司、肾精亏虚、脾阳虚损,脾阳和肾阳无法互相补养,导致肾气失于温煦,肾精失于濡养,精血化生乏源,精液液化失常从而导致发病。治疗上以补肾益精、温脾益气、种嗣衍宗为法,创立了八味强精汤,意在健脾益肾衍宗,临床收效颇佳,附验案一则加以阐明。Oligoasthenospermia,a common and frequently occurring clinical disease,is one of the main factors leading to male infertility,which can directly or indirectly affect the fertility and reproductive health of a large number of males.National TCM Master,LIN Tiandong,has been practicing medicine for over 50 years and is skilled in treating andrological and gynecological diseases,especially infertility.He has quite a lot of insights into the treatment of infertility caused by oligoasthenospermia,and has accumulated rich and unique clinical experience.Professor LIN Tiandong believes that the main pathogenesis of infertility caused by oligoasthenospermia is dysfunction of the spleen and kidney,kidney essence deficiency,and deficiency and impairment of spleen yang.Inability of the spleen and kidney yang to nourish each other leads to failure of kidney qi to warm,failure of kidney essence to nourish and moisten,lack of source for generation of essence and blood,and abnormality of semen liquefaction,resulting in disease.In terms of treatment,focusing on the methods of tonifying the kidney and essence,warming the spleen and supplementing qi,and promoting reproduction,Professor LIN has created Bawei Qiangjing Decoction,which aims to strengthen the spleen and tonify the kidney to promote reproduction,and has good clinical effects.Meanwhile,a verified medical record is attached for illustration.
