基于脂质代谢重编程探讨健脾化痰法调节结直肠癌肿瘤微环境

摘　　要：痰与脂质皆源于五谷化生之津液,痰为致病因素,脂质属生理成分,津液输布异常致痰液积聚,而见脂质代谢异常,机体阴平阳秘的内环境遭到破坏,形成适合肿瘤生长的微环境,遂生癌瘤。脂质代谢紊乱是结直肠癌的典型特征,血脂的异常也会影响肿瘤微环境,导致免疫抑制。脾为气血生化之源,主运化,脾之功能受损而见津液运化失常,健运脾胃使津液输布异常得以纠正,积聚之痰浊得以运行。在脂质代谢紊乱而无肿瘤时,健脾化痰可及时纠正脂质紊乱的状态;肿瘤发生后健脾化痰阻止“痰环境”继续发展,进而调节结直肠癌的肿瘤微环境,从而抑制正常细胞的变异及肿瘤细胞的生长、增殖,使肿瘤微环境中发生脂质代谢重编程,机体趋于阴平阳秘,抑制适合肿瘤生长的内环境的发生发展,且脾与机体免疫功能关系密切,健运脾胃调节机体免疫,从而起到抗肿瘤作用。Both phlegm and lipids originate from the transformation of body fluids from grains.Phlegm is a pathogenic factor,while lipids are physiological components.Abnormal distribution of body fluids leads to the accumulation of phlegm and abnormal lipid metabolism,disrupting the body′s internal environment of yin and yang balance,creating a microenvironment conducive to tumor growth,and thus leading to cancer formation.Lipid metabolism disorder is a typical feature of colorectal cancer,and abnormal blood lipids can also affect the tumor microenvironment,leading to immune suppression.The spleen is the source of the biochemical transformation of qi and blood,governing transportation and transformation.When spleen′s function is impaired,abnormal transportation and transformation of body fluids occur.Invigorating the spleen and resolving phlegm can correct abnormal fluid distribution,facilitating the movement of accumulated phlegm.When lipid metabolism disorder occurs without tumors,strengthening the spleen and resolving phlegm can promptly correct the lipid disorder.After tumor formation,this method can prevent the further development of the "phlegm environment," regulate the tumor microenvironment of colorectal cancer,inhibit the mutation of normal cells and the growth and proliferation of tumor cells,reprogram lipid metabolism in the tumor microenvironment,and restore the body′s internal environment of yin and yang balance.The spleen is closely related to the body′s immune function,so invigorating the spleen and regulating the stomach can modulate immunity,thereby exerting anti-tumor effects.
